Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of $100 is required per applicant or married couple.
Security Deposit

Pet Policy
Up to two pets are allowed per apartment, with no weight limit—perfect for residents with large dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $55 apply.
Dog Breed Restriction
Certain dog breeds, or dogs resembling these breeds or their mixes, cannot be accommodated. Restricted breeds include Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Belgian Malinois, and Wolf Hybrid.
Parking
Assigned parking is available with a monthly fee starting at $40 per vehicle. Electric vehicle charging stations are also provided for added convenience.
Utilities
Residents are responsible for electricity, water, sewer, and trash services.
Lease Terms
Flexible lease terms are available, ranging from a minimum of 7 months to up to 24 months.
Income Requirement
Applicants must have an income of at least three times the monthly rent to qualify.
Credit Score
A minimum credit score of 620 is required for approval.
Guarantors
Guarantors are accepted and must have an income of at least five times the monthly rent. Guarantors must also be U.S. citizens.
Foreign Applicants
Foreign applicants are welcome, with a two-month security deposit required for non-U.S. citizens.
